President Trump, when in office, had addressed the problem of illegal aliens crossing the nation's southern border with security measures, wall construction, and requirements that those demanding asylum in the U.S. wait in Mexico for a decision.
Joe Biden blew the doors off the border, canceling Trump's security measures, and effectively creating an invitation for illegals when he took office, and millions have since arrived.
Now Trump has announced his plans to repair that damage if he is re-elected in 2024.
"We are going to have the largest deportation effort in the history of our country," he charged.
Commentator Todd Starnes reported Trump's message was a "stern warning to the millions of illegal aliens who have invaded and occupied our nation."
And that warning is, "Pack your bags."
"We have millions and millions of people here. It is not sustainable," Trump said. "Did you see in New York City where they’re getting the regular students out and putting migrants in their place?"
He was commenting on a school in Brooklyn that is requiring students to take classes online, to make room for illegals to be housed.
"We’re bringing everybody back to where they came from," Trump said.
