Elon Musk Destroys Chuck Schumer Over Trump Arrest: “Justice Before Nepotism’

Elon Musk took Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to task after the latter celebrated the recent indictment of Donald Trump, noting that the system needs to pursue Democrats "with equal vigor" as they do Republicans.

Schumer (D-NY) posted on Twitter that Trump "will have a fair trial that follows the facts and the law," doing his best to gaslight the public.

"There's no place in our justice system for any outside influence or intimidation in the legal process," he said before insisting protesters remain mostly peaceful.

"As the trial proceeds, protest is an American right, but all protests must be peaceful," Schumer said.

Elon Musk responded to Chuck Schumer's post on the Trump indictment with a commentary that should be viewed as reasonable by any American's expectations.

Mainly, if you want to start nickel and diming people on the law, then you'd better apply the same standard across the political spectrum. And that is not happening in this country right now.

"To avoid losing the trust of the American public, it is important that our justice system pursue Democrats and Republicans with equal vigor," Musk fired back.

"Whichever party most puts justice before nepotism is the one that deserves trust."

Hillary Clinton stored classified material on a server in her home, but only Trump had his home raided by the FBI. Hunter and Joe Biden's business dealings are corrupt to the Nth degree, but only Trump gets indicted.

Nepotism. Nepotism involving Democrats and friends of Democrats throughout the justice system.

While Musk is optimistic that Americans will give the party that puts justice over nepotism their trust, the reality is that Democrats control the mainstream media and control the narrative. That's why they've successfully buried stories of their own corruption and nepotism.

The burying of Hunter Biden's laptop - a treasure trove of corruption that points to the President in some instances - before the election, is a case study on this fact.

Musk has previously weighed in on the politically-motivated indictment of former President Donald Trump, suggesting it would benefit the Republican nominee going forward.

"If this happens, Trump will be re-elected in a landslide victory," he said prior to the arrest.

Musk has made it clear that he prefers Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as the GOP nominee, suggesting Trump offers "too much drama."

It's not likely that this indictment will sway those feelings.

Trump meanwhile has praised Elon for doing the country "a big service" by releasing the ‘Twitter Files' and called the visionary billionaire a free speech "hero."

Recently, Musk chided Chuck Schumer over his consternation about security footage of the January 6th ‘insurrection' being shared by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and released by Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Footage that counters the narrative presented by Democrats and the media about what predominantly happened that day.

"By sharing the January 6th security footage with Fox News, he (McCarthy) has already done more than any party leader in Congress to enable the spread of Donald Trump's Big Lie," Schumer said.

Musk replied by retweeting a viral video clip of the footage with a voiceover in which the narrator pretends to be a tour guide at the Capitol during the riot and asking if Schumer wanted him to delete it.

Trump was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

Our justice system does not "pursue Democrats and Republicans with equal vigor" as Musk hopes. And it doesn't appear it's going to change any time soon.
