Hours after being indicted for allegedly tampering with 2020 presidential election results in Georgia, former president Donald Trump announced that he would share an “irrefutable” report next week proving there was enough fraud in the state to change the outcome of the election.
Trump wrote on Truth Social that he will present the “CONCLUSIVE Report” to the media at a press conference next Monday in Bedminster, NJ, where his Trump National Golf Club is located.
“A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week,” the former president wrote. “Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others – There will be a complete EXONERATION! They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!” he added.
In his fourth criminal indictment this year, Trump, 77, was charged Monday with violating the Georgia RICO Act; Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree; Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings; Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree; Filing False Documents; and Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer and numerous other counts by a Georgia grand jury.
Trump is now facing a total of 91 counts in three states — New York, Miami, and Washington, DC — with potential prison sentences totaling 712 years and 6 months, according to the New York Post.
Fani Willis, the District Attorney for Georgia’s Fulton County, also charged 18 others, including former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeff Clark, and John Eastman.
“Can you believe it? This failed District Attorney from Atlanta, Fani Willis, where murders and other violent crime soars daily to new record highs, is charging me with 2020 Presidential Election Interference,” Trump wrote in a subsequent Truth Social post-Tuesday. “No, Fani, the only Election Interference was done by those that Rigged and Stole the Election. Those are the ones you should be going after, not the innocent people that are fighting for Election Integrity!”
Trump’s report will likely focus on the highly suspicious election night activities at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, where election workers appeared to illegally scan ballots after observers had been removed from the absentee ballot central count.
The now notorious poll worker Ruby Freeman was seen on the surveillance video pulling a box filled with ballots out from under a table at State Farm Arena after supervisors had told the media they were shutting down for the night and told other poll workers to go home. Freeman and her daughter appeared to scan and rescan the ballots late into the night.
Election investigators estimated at the time that the improper late-night ballot scans added between 20,000 to 40,000 to the overall vote totals. The 2020 presidential race in Georgia in was decided by less than 11,900 votes.
After the surveillance video was released in December of 2020, Ruby Freeman allegedly attempted to become a whistleblower.
Explosive audio of Freeman telling mediators at the Cobb County Police Department that “It’s all a fraud” emerged online in December of 2022.
The 911 call transcript, audio recordings, and police report were obtained by the Georgia Record via Open Record Requests.
Former President Trump, who shared some of the Ruby Freeman tapes on Truth Social, offered his thoughts on the new revelations: “At first she thought that they had been caught, got VERY nervous, and wanted to “spill the beans” on everyone. Then the SOS, GBI, and FBI, calmed her down, helped CLEAN her social media, and took her away (for two months!). SHE THEN CHANGED HER STORY!”
In January of 2023, Joe Biden awarded Freeman, her supervisor daughter Shaye Moss, and ten other individuals with the Presidential Citizens Medal during a ceremony at the White House.
The White House portrayed Freeman as a voting rights heroine who had been victimized by MAGA forces.
“In the 2020 election, she upheld that sacred mission despite an orchestrated campaign to overturn the election, and that targeted and threatened her family. To the nation, she bore witness to the trauma and tragedy of that experience, and today, we the people honor Lady Ruby Freeman as part of our nation’s voting rights history,” a White House staffer said.
