The Lee County Republican Party Executive Committee passed a resolution Tuesday night, asking the Florida Legislature to outlaw the COVID injections and the Attorney General’s Office to confiscate all doses within the state.
The “Ban the Jab” resolution, which passed with the required two-thirds majority, will now head to Governor Ron DeSantis’ desk (where he can ignore it) and to the State Legislature.
According to the Cape Coral Breeze, debate on the resolution “split largely into two camps: whether banning the injections would be an infringement of individual choice and the prevailing view—that a lack of informed consent is not consent.”
In the resolution, the Lee County GOP states that strong and credible evidence exists that injections are “biological and technological weapons” and cites various sources to substantiate its allegation that “government agencies, media and tech companies, and other corporations, have committed enormous fraud by claiming Covid injections are safe and effective.”
Such “continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity,” the resolution states. The Lee County GOP called on “Governor DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted.”
Members of the executive committee of the Southwest Florida Young Republicans Club were among those who opposed the resolution.
“Basically our issue on it was we felt is was an overreach by the government,” said Olivia Erfman-Tenzel, president of the SWF Young Republicans.
Tenzel argued that proponents seemed to think people in Florida weren’t smart enough to know whether to take the vaccine or not, adding that position sets a course few may want to follow.
“You end up going down this rabbit hole,” she said. “If we start banning everything that harms people, that affects their health, then we should ban other things such as smoking cigarettes or alcohol.”
Joe Sansone, Lee County Republican Executive Committee member said the risks of the COVID shots outweigh the benefits, Wink News reported. “If you got this shot, you go home and hug your pregnant wife; she can have a miscarriage through skin contact,” he said, referring to studies that explore the possibility of vaccinee “shedding” through oral secretions and sexual secretions.
“The Lee County Republican Party is going to be on the vanguard of this campaign to stop the genocide because we have foreign non-governmental entities that are unleashing biological weapons on the American people,” Sansone said.

Whereas an enormous number of humans have died and or have been permanently disabled, 3
Whereas strong and credible evidence exists that Covid mRNA shots alter human DNA, 4
Whereas government agencies, media and tech companies, and other corporations, have committed enormous fraud by claiming Covid injections are safe and effective, 5
Whereas a statewide grand jury is investigating Covid vaccine crimes, 6
Whereas continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity, 7

The Florida resolution comes on the heels of a similar effort in Idaho, where Republican State lawmakers last week introduced HB 154, which would criminalize the administration of the mRNA COVID shots.
